Our Lessons Timetable
Lessons follow the national school timetable (from September–July). We will be off during the school and bank holidays.
How fees are paid
Lessons are payable in terms of around 10 at the time of booking. Please see our term times here. You can book part way through a term.
Once enrolled into a regular lesson, your child will normally be automatically re-enrolled for the next lesson term in order to preserve their space subject to occasional necessary changes to the schedule.
An email will be sent confirming this or you can check the Parent Portal. Fees are payable a month in advance, see the fee due dates here.
Payment is via Gocardless Direct Debit.
If you wish to leave
Although you are automatically re-enrolled for future lesson blocks, this is simply in order to preserve your space for you. You will receive an email around six weeks before the next lesson block starting, and you can let us know that you don't wish to re-enrol. If you decide you don't wish to continue with lessons in the new lesson block, you will need to give us 30 days notice by emailing: hello@daddysharkswimschool.com.
A member of the team will be in touch to confirm your last lesson date, and to ask you for any feedback regarding your classes and reasons for leaving.
Once you have cancelled your space your account will be closed and no further payments will be taken.
